498a scams and cultural bankruptcy
If you thought Kweens purposely settings up and going to scam Black engineers/techs, hoping to trap them into dating/wedding them, and taking all the simp tech bro’s money was something unique to Black people– oh boy– I’ve got one for you today. There is an even more diabolical plot you’ll hear today, boy, whewwww! I’ve heard a lot of Passport Bros talking about going to India to get a wife, and I don’t know WTF you are thinking there, but I have something for you to think twice about, if that’s your goal. See, I’ve a LOT of Southeast Asian friends, many of whom I’ve known for decades now, some I’ve raised like nephews when they got to USA with no family or support system. They try to shield me from knowing the terrible things that happen in their culture, because there is supposed to be an unwritten rule to not let Americans ever know the terrible things that folks in their culture are doing, so they can maintain the model minority status in America, as they pray for a better life—meaning, as they pray they are not victims of racism by the dominant society and can just make money to live a rich life. However, as more and more Indian men are finding themselves without a purpose, after coming to the USA, they are realizing that their ladies are not the same after the last couple of years, especially if exposed to the Internet. They’ve exposing the rest of us to how the Internet and phlegminism is destroying their culture, like this here. Pure evidence the INTERNET is destroying strong societies. The level of misandry in India– and spreading to the rest of Asia– is unheard of today, and it’s making many men want to not get married, not be in forced/arranged marriages, by their families or the families of their ‘girlfriends.’ You dudes in the West think you have it back, you can get beat up and harassed, as a male, if you just want to be on your purpose and not be obsessed with marriage, in south east Asia! 😳 We tell me to get on their purpose, get their money and career up so they can have options in life, but you can’t just do that in a lot of Asia, especially if a lady targets you for marriage and there are 2 laws in particular that are being used to destroy any male if he is not careful, in India. Under the wave of needed reform to better treat women in their country of India, there is also a side hustle that is going on that is comparable to the evil of baby mama culture in the Black and Latin community here in the USA, but in India. It’s an exploitative scam that is aimed at pretending to be FEEmale empowerment, when in reality it’s misandry for innocent men who just want to be married and make their parents proud. Most of the Indians that I know, and that I was a mentor to, they were very proud of marriages that they had, they sent me photos and videos, their families added me on social media, it was amazing. 3 of my Indian friends who went to get married in India, they did NOT send me links or video or any posts about the weddings, after they left to go back to India. I just chopped it up as these guys being poon-whipped or something, so in love with that woman and finally not being virgins that I thought these Indian guys were just lost or something. You know how you have friends and when they find girlfriends, they just disappear entirely because their women are very controlling and these guys don’t want to lose the very rare chance to get seggs since they don’t have a high rotation of ladies, like they should? Well, these 3 guys were the kinds of guys like this, kind of reserved, shy, all engineers who were well studied, and well paid in corporate American jobs. So, when they disappeared, I thought they were just being extra private, or like any American who is poon-whipped and disappeared. I bumped into one of these guys, whom I had not seen in some years, but was a protégé of mine, who was one of the disappeared. I asked him about this family and joked about his ‘new’ family, as in family he should be working on now that he was married—knowing of course I didn’t get an update or anything. He looked at me, looked around suspiciously, and I guess realized that he fell off of the face of the earth and didn’t update me on the proceedings of the marriage. I started getting on his case, making all kinds of marriage jokes, because he was clearly trying to hide something and didn’t want to share the story of joy of his marriage with me. We were out to eat, and when after I guess the place was somewhat emptied, he stopped his foolishness and started to reason with me. He started to open up about exactly what was happening in the marriage. When I asked if he finally got married, he confirmed that he did get married, and when I asked if he was still married, he also confirmed this. I just assumed that all was good with me joking with him about marriage being annoying, but I didn’t realize just how annoying. He put his head down in disappointment and began to tell me that he was still married, and that she was in India, but he could not return to India, or he will be arrested for something he said was the 498a.
He said he has not been back to India after finally escaping from there after the lockdowns of Covid allowed him to leave, which, ironically enough, that was the time when he left to go get married and I hadn’t heard from him again until this time we had a sit-down dinner to discuss this topic, among other things. He kept mentioning this 498a over and over 498a this… 498a that … I didn’t know what the hell he was talking about when he mentioned the 498a so much and I just had to stop him, he was erratic and ask him to explain to me this 498a because Americans have no idea WTF this is. Then he realized, we in USA have zero idea about 498a. He described it to me as a scam that newlywed broads in India are running on men who are not acting alpha and are pushover nice guys. He was clearly a pushover guy, very smart, studied hard and was NOT a ladies’ man, he used to cook for the girlfriend he had before this, pay her bills and her sister’s college, and they played him for that money, the girl left and they never paid him back. He was a non-combative guy, perfect for marriage from a stereotypical standpoint in India, so I couldn’t figure out how a nice guy could get caught up in this scam he called the 498a. To be honest with you, I thought he was lying, because as he started to tell me more of the story, it didn’t match the character I know him to 100% be, for him to be the aggressor in a 498a case, but then when I put on my modern broad hat, ooooooooooh he was the PERFECT PERSON to execute a 498a scam on. He started telling me that his parents found his lady who was part of his clan and at the lower end of the clan/cast but supposedly a good recommendation after his parents reviewed her. The lady and the family even paid a dowry, which in India, the lady who wants to marry the man has to pay the man’s parents cash, valuable property, precious metals, etc., something of real worth, in order to get married—quite frankly, we need that in USA! That would make every broad think twice about marriage in the USA, but it’s common in India as a marriage condition. So, she did this, and that meant she was serious about the relationship. He starts to tell me that that dowry process is not as smooth as one thinks, and that his ex-girlfriend REFUSED to pay it, and that new ladies will pay it, but it will not be high. Most importantly, that woman would pay it if she were going to marry a high paying engineer like my buddy, it’s an investment, and due to visa laws in USA, he would bring her over to live with him in the USA. So, when he was to return to the USA, the woman thought she was immediately coming back with him, although he had no plans set up yet because the whole visa process exists and you can’t just go with someone back to USA like luggage. This is where the 498a comes in. That new wife put a 498a on my buddy, as he was leaving to go to the airport, and as he had already boarded the plane and it was taking off, the police came to his parents’ home looking to ARREST HIM! 😳 The biggest problem here is that most of these guys don’t know HOW to get women because they’re only getting women who family puts them with in arranged marriage fashion. So they don’t know how to handle rejection and confrontation from women, and don’t know how to compete for nor bag a chick let’s say passing by in the street. They never have to get up in a broad face and try to spit game, so if you take away this easy-life of someone placing a wife for a man, many are just clueless and defenseless to these broad attacks on them. This is what’s destroying these guys, they only know fantasy stories of ladies being amazing and perfect, they don’t know about these 498a scammer broads coming in force, and this has caused many Indian men’s support groups to have to form for these guys. I’ve several friends who donate money to help some of these guys get out of debt to pay the 498a scammer broads and police. Without these men’s support groups, these guys would be screwed!
In 1983, India made a law to protect its women from domestic abuse, and it was a noble attempt aimed at combating violence towards women, which was highly required because India can get out of hand sometimes, like the famous cases of (g)raping women in gang rapes all over India such as that one in 2012. In 2024, all these broads are infected by internet destruction and hate Indian traditions such as arranged marriage, so they’re showing the world that they are forced to marry because it’s the ‘patriarchy.’ As more and more people become obsessed with bootlicking and trying to pretend to be Westernized, hiding their accents, whitening the skins, rejecting their culture, it’s the perfect storm for absolute CHAOS in Asian. This is all chickens coming home to roost, but the sins of the father should not be weighs so heavily on the sons of the future. They executed those grapist men for that crime, but it highlighted that abuse towards women was way out of control there for such extremes to be implemented, and the lack of action after clearly finding the men guilty of abusing women, said a lot about how misandry in the country is so prevalent today. Such a condition was the whole point of section 498a being in the Indian Penal Code (IPC) to help MARRIED WOMEN fight abuse by husbands. He told me that he barely escaped India, but that his ‘wife’ told the police that he ‘abused’ her. 😳 My jaw hit the ground; this guy couldn’t crush a grape if he landed on it falling from out of skyscaper window. There was no damn way this guy would be doing any 498a because he was too wimpy and simpish to pull that off, I knew this guy well, he was getting abused by his last girlfriend who left him. With 498a, you can say anything is not right, as a wife, and you can bring complete destruction to a husband AND HIS ENTIRE FAMILY, if they dared to deny this and try to hide that husband, when the police come to get you after you’re charged with a 498a! What this guy was a victim of was indeed a 498a scam, and in it, what happens is the police and the woman are both in on the scam, where they’re BOTH going to get paid on it because that wife will demand a huge sum of money from the husband, which he must pay of stay in jail. The 498a scam is wildly successfully because corrupt police were something it was fighting in the first place, on the side of men, back in the 1980s, but today, it’s used to exploit engineers and others who make a lot of money and are successful! This is a come-up scam! If you are a victim of the 498a scam, and you happen to not be in India, you cannot re-enter the country unless this payment to the wife is made! Now, imagine, if you’re on a US visa and he need to get your stamps from India, YOU ARE SCREWED. The perfect candidates to run the 498a scam on are men in their 20s who have high paying jobs but are not ladies-men, are respectful to their parents, and just want to make their parent proud of them by marrying and having a family with a wife. So, theses wives-to-be are purposely positioning themselves to be wives, to fool the Indian men’s families into believing these broads are saints. This also includes her family acting like they are saints and that this broad is of worth, so the fake wife scammer and her parents run a scam on the simp Indian’s family, who then is tricked into making their son with money marry this 498a scammer! 498a is a crazy scheme that is highly effective because the parents of the exploited Indian man also have to help him come up with the money if he doesn’t have the money available ASAP! The parents can face jail time, and you’d have to ask yourself ‘why would a broad do that to such innocent men?’ The answer, Western broad influence.
As, time went on, I forgot the name of the scam, until I recently met another 5 guys who were all engineers, some of whom I met while traveling in Europe and Canada. These 5 guys were each victim of the 498a scam and I found that not possible because I barely believed my buddy when he told me about it, post pandemic. I believed him but I didn’t know it was THAT bad because I didn’t figure India broads would become corrupted like scammer broads in the USA, but sure enough, 498a is a major hustle for cops and scamming broads, so much so that this issue has gone all the way to the Supreme Court of India, because you have millions of broads running the 498a scam and it’s out of control. As all documentation is proving, phlegminism is to blame for the hatred of marriage today, and the way to destroy marriage, in India, is to use the 498a on the men and his family. All documented sources point back to this, and phlegminist are saying that arranged marriages are cruelty and slavery on broads, which is an Indian tradition, but these broads don’t care, they want to destroy the institution of marriage in India using 498a. The problem is vindictive, and psychotic broads are using 498a to really destroy the entire bloodline of the husbands, there are cases where a man is charged with being ‘mean’ and it also indicts both parents and 3 sister-in-laws of the man. Like WTF!!!! Only this year did judges take the sister-in-laws, who were each married themselves, off of the court case against them. These terrorist broads bringing the 498a scam have no hearts are will drag down anyone they can in these scams, and that’s how bad it’s gotten over there in India, with the corruption of phlegminism and make no doubt about it, 498a is a misandrist tool of the law because it can only be brought to a cruel HUSBAND, there is no equivalent for a broad bring a cruel wife! Now think about this, all of these men, including my first buddy, were all nice, non-alpha dudes, very soft guys. How can someone think to pull this 498a on them? Do you have to be physical or verbal with them to get a 498a? Apparently not, because that case against the husband and the 3 sister-in-laws came solely because the wive complained “‘her husband harassed her and that the others instigated him to do so” – except the proof was that these 3 sister-in-laws were not physically anywhere near them. The 498a scams do not require detail or proof, is what the supreme court is showing, just a simple accusation and you’re trapped as a man. Imagine if 498a was something USA had, you know how crazy this place would be? India is overrun with scammers! In that same case, that wife who brought the 498a, she has already long ditched the husband and their kids, who were then living with the husband alone. It’s legal for her to leave her family, but if the man left, there is a law being exploited just like 498a for that too. So, this destroyer of the family decided to get a payday since she didn’t want to be a wife, nor mom, to join the phlegminist movement, and the way to do this and get paid is to file a 498a scam. Just a little bit of police work, that would easily dismantle these 498a scams, but why would they if they’re also in on the scam!? The police are corrupt, the judge is corrupt, everyone is corrupt, and this is to the point of destroying the lives of these young men who think they’re going to get a life and live rich in India or in the West. These guys didn’t initially want to share their stories, but as they started talking to me, as I met them, they started to put me on to the 498a scam but didn’t want to ruin the reputation of Indians at the same time. So many will hide this scam that was run on them, because they are ashamed of what the wives did to them, and all of the guys paid except for one guy I recently met that was doing solo traveling. He will not go back to India, so he doesn’t have to pay it, but he is also here on visa, so it may not be a smart move with the 498a scam charge lingering.
The 498a has many consequences, and now, there are the stories of men being in complete ruin to the point where they’re kllling themselves! In some cases, the 498a scammers will make the cases against people who are not even in the country, like a lady who famously didn’t like another woman whom she had a verbal argument with but was related in marriage to her husband. She filed a 498a against the husband to put damage on a sister-in-law who was telling her to be a better woman to the man she married. That’s how far this 498a scam has gone, it’s being used by broads to hurt other women via the man. This is INSANE. It can be so much pressure and hell to comply, because if not, you’re going to jail. The famous case of a major victim of the 498a scam was in the Bengalaru area of India where a guy named Atul Subhash kllled himself over a 498a case, on December 9th, 2024. Engineers are a high value target for the 498a scam, so the criminal broads went to work on Atul Subhash. His wife and her family were extorting the guy, threatening with the 498a and he had no defense because it was too many of them ready to destroy his life. The guy had no defense, he was just an ordinary tech, and he documented the torture he was receiving by the family, which he then released in video and kllled himself. They’re saying this is destroying the entire country of India, and the law-makers, including many top female law makers, are citing that the quickly rising reason for the scam was—as my buddy I opened this piece up with told me was happening to him—a tool to counter the fact that the woman and her family have to pay the dowry in order to marry the male. The whole family of the wives are in on these 498a scams because of it. Many people in India call the 498a scam the ‘anti-dowry law,’ or the ‘Dowry Harassment Section 498A.’ If you get a person to fall for the 498a scam EARLY, you threaten them at the start of the relationship, just like that wive did to my buddy, and this threat is to get the wife and her family out of having to pay the dowry, and ultimately out of the marriage, but the wife and her family will likely also get a cash payout from the victim of the 498a. This works no matter where you are, so if you are an Indian or non-Indian Passport Bro, if you go to get an Indian woman, let’s say she’s from USA but is Indian, she can go back to India, file this 498a scam against you, AND YOU CANNOT RETURN TO INDIA AGAIN!!! 😳 You’d have to resolve the payments way in advance, hire local lawyers, and if not, you’re going to be arrested at the airport. There are many many cases of this happening even as we speak. The family of the husband can be put in jail in place of him, while that man is abroad and not arrested himself. This is absolute lunacy, and many times, just having a simple disagreement will activate a 498a terrorist to attack her husband using the court of India. You know how you have a girlfriend, or wife, and YOUR MOTHER doesn’t like that your wife isn’t being a real wife and isn’t cooking your food or treating you right? Right, here is a huge opportunity for your wife to hit your mother with a 498a scam, via you, and she is in the lawsuit that is aiming to destroy both you and your mother! She will put your mother in jail and sue for correcting her for being a poor wife to you! That is another highly common use of the 498a scam. Despite what phlegminist write about the 498a scam, you do not need to prove abuse, you merely need to claim it, this is why so many are abusing the law, and the supreme court has spoken. Phlegminist are trying to get this law added to countries in the West, under the guise that abuse is happening widespread, and it may be coming to a Western country (CANADA) near you.
I just want you to know, that next time you see your cowering buddy, who is a complete Indian simp, who won’t stand up for himself and is constantly abused by his wife, you should now understand what he is up against, and his wife is a 498a terrorist who could wipe out the life of his entire family back in India, with 1 simple lawsuit filled with lies and zero care about the future of her family. The fact that you cannot go back to India, like some of these guys, unless you allow the shakedown is WILD. The 498a scam is pure terrorism and a win for phlegminism who wish to destroy the institution of marriage and centuries of rich Indian culture! 498a scam is cultural bankruptcy at its finest. The supreme court is going to have to heal their country, they cannot continue to bow to 498a terrorists or they will risk massive violence there. This is because the 498a scam will also leverage other sections in their complaints and if the scammer can put together multiple offenses, such as saying someone promised to marry but did not but had seggs with you, she can charge you with (g)rape under sections 90 and 375 of IPC. The most common and believable is to exploit another law, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Section 69 (interesting number… 🤣 ) which if you promised to marry and did not marry her, but got some seggs, you (g)raped her if she makes this complaint. So, if you broke up with her because she dumped you like most women do men, she could file this claim if you didn’t marry her. And this is one of the charges leveraged against my recent buddy. He can’t go back to India, for breaking up with a lady there, and if he does, BNS section 69 says he goes to JAIL FOR 10 YEARS. These BNS laws are misandry specifically aimed only at men and are classified as “Offences Against Women and Children” laws. So, if you are a dude who has a kid, or wife, and you are back in the USA, don’t think that you will play around delaying visas and not bringing that lady with you to the foreign country, or deserting her in the same country. She will claim you left her and the kids homeless, and the chain the 498a scam with Section 125 CrPC of Maintenance of Wives & Others law for financial abuse. You can’t appear like you’re not shelling out all your money to the wive or you’re also going to jail! She can hit you with a ‘maintenance’ lawsuit for you not paying her money like she deserves. This is a Nigerian 409 scammer’s dream come true, you can rack up the money big-time as a scammer wife, all hiding behind the 498a scam. It’s like being the ultimate role-playing game fully leveled up (level 100) scammer character. This is behind what you see today online where there is no shame now in ladies from India doing their dances of celebrations for divorce- yeah, that’s a thing, copying bitter Western women by having DIVORCE PARTIES. This is how you know phlegminism is behind these IPC 498a and BNS 69 scams, because right beside this cultural bankruptcy is the active campaigns to destroy Indians’ strong tradition in culture via marriage. These scams are using the IPC 498a to exploit innocent men on the rise in their careers, it’s not being used to hurt malicious men. IPC 498a wouldn’t come into question by a supreme court if it was not serious. IPC 498a being scrutinized by exploiters could mean something really bad for women really abused if there are changes to IPC 498a to combat this ‘boy who cried wolf’ nonsense scammers are using. They have no respect for real women who are suffering and have legitimate gripe when these broads run this scam, it’s selfish and hurtful to women in the end. Phlegminist nonsense teaching exploitation of IPC 498a only hurt other women, how is that a good sisterhood propaganda message to spread if it’s hurting women just to hurt men and their family? Propagandists want to use the hatred of Indian culture to destroy marriage via IPC 498a. Marriage is why Indians do better that most Americans, financially, in the WEST, because FAMILY means everything and they go to where they go with pride. If these men can’t get wives, then there will be a LOT of problems in India, and without families, you can kiss your riches and culture goodbye if this is what they call FLEEmale empowerment, by destroying the lives of an Indian man and his parents! While India may have done some ladies wrong in the past, making broads motivated to destroy Indian men have them right on course with American Black people, who were destroyed by weak broads who bought into YT supremacist ideology to destroy Black culture. You Indians reading this, and I know a lot of you read this, you better wake up soon because you’re too caught up in Bollywood movies, and romantic Tamil movies’ ideas of broads that do not exist anymore. This is the year that women destroy other women. You want to know the irony? I posted a while ago about Oprah Winfrey (a rich Black woman) going to India and lecturing them about why marriage is terrible and Indian culture is keeping them poor, and I thought it would never catch on. You better read that piece there, although it’s for Black men, you’re the next one on the attack list, and the blueprint has already been proven against Black and Latin men so you can’t stop it now. Find yourself a good coach on how to spit game, or you’re going to be like these sucker SIMPS buying womens’ affections and getting married then dumped for your money–another major scam also getting more popular in India. The core issue is many broads suffer from narcissism, hatred, and will abuse power given to them–which was put in place to PROTECT them from actual abusive males, and now with the power, it’s corrupted absolutely, in the wrong hands. There are too many mentally insane broads, which is proven in this study here. Those traits are strong in broads and you guys have no law protecting you, in fact, society is preying on you allowing this to happen and will not do anything to stop it–not even YOU are doing anything.
